Design Considerations -
Phase II of the Apex Oil Building and parking structure, Forsyth Centre includes a new 14-story high-rise office tower and 7-level parking garage expansion. Connected to the Phase I building and parking garage by a large glass atrium, the new building features a multitude of interior landscape elements and seating areas. With its high-profile location on Forsyth Boulevard in downtown Clayton, Forsyth Centre will define the western edge of the central business district and provide a dynamic entrance into the area and great views of both Shaw Park and West County.

A significant portion of the project included a seven story addition on top of the existing parking structure. The central feature of the connecting lobby is a seven-story water feature, surrounded by seating areas.
