Scope - New Office Buildings above Existing Parking Garage
Size - 200,000 SF

Design Considerations -
This challenging project consists of eight stories of academic offices to be constructed over an existing parking garage.

Architectural pre-cast, glass and metal panels were selected for the building’s exterior to provide continuity with the existing Southwest Tower, however different floor heights, an open floor plan and efficient core make this building a truly flexible office product.

A fast-tracked, design/build delivery method was selected to accommodate our client’s aggressive 20-month completion and occupancy schedule.
