This new corporate head-quarters was designed to organize corporate leadership, administrative operations, information systems, and employee training into a facility to maximize efficiency. Previously, many of those functions were “warehouse” functions. Combining the two proved a challenge to the structural and cost efficiencies of tilt-wall construction, while developing a “corporate” architectural image.
