Located in the heart of St. Louis County, The Boulevard combines major retail, restaurant, apartment and condominium, office, and hotel space into a distinctive urban development. ACI/Boland has teamed with Pace Properties and RTKL to deliver this unique project to the
St. Louis Region.
Restaurants and retail shops will line both sides of the main street with apartments rising above the stores on the east side. Three public plazas accented with fountains, sculptures, seating, lighting, and space for outdoor entertaining were designed to encourage pedestrian traffic and create “a vibrant, exciting space that people will travel to see and experience”.
Several businesses Have made their Missouri debut at the Boulevard including Crate & Barrel with a two-story, 36,000 sq. ft. store and Bombay/Bombay Kids with 8,500 sq. ft. as well as Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro
