This project includes renovating and upgrading existing lab classroom facilities, science addition to include two new classroom/labs, upgrade animal room to district standards, renovate an existing classroom into a journalism room, and a performing arts addition.  The band classroom shall accommodate 200 students, 100 student capacity for the choral classroom, and accessibility to existing building and dock area.  Existing classrooms will be renovated to accommodate current art, journalism, and drama.  The auditorium will be renovated and includes a lobby and restroom area addition.  The stage roof will be raised to incorporate a new stage rigging system.

The project also includes an auxiliary gym addition with basketball court, varsity locker rooms, and an art room addition.
