Scope - Free Standing Multi-Purpose Ambulatory Care and Imaging Center
Size - 43,112 SF

Design Considerations -
This free standing, multi-purpose ambulatory care center on the Olathe Medical Center Campus features a Women’s Imaging Center, including digital mammography and ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT Scan and two X-ray rooms. The Pavilion is intended to be a one-stop shop for pre-surgery and other outpatient needs. The planned second phase will increase the size of the facility to 80,000 square feet and will feature rehabilitation and physical therapy. Some of the components incorporated into the overall master planning for the Pavilion include: public transportation, white roof system for energy efficiency, water retention pond, recycled products and materials, and a minimized building foot print.
