Outpatient Orthopedic Facility

When development began, one of the primary concerns in the planning process was the large number of residential developments surrounding the building. To minimize the building’s visual impact and intrusiveness on its neighbors, several studies were done using different layouts and landscaping schemes until an acceptable consensus was reached.

The resulting facility incorporates two floors above grade and a partial basement. The building’s exterior features brick with aluminum and glass strip windows and cast stone accent bands. Two cast stone stair towers punctuate each end of the building and set the stage for the world-class, high performance experience patients, staff members, and the community at large will find inside.

The first floor includes an Orthopedic Surgery Center and ASC with 15 exam and treatment rooms, four OR’s, and an MRI suite. The second floor will house physician offices with 32 shared exam rooms, a physical therapy suite and an imaging suite
