Retirement Housing

A long range space study for the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth assessed their retirement housing and varying degrees of assisted living needs through the year 2022.

The study resulted in planning for a new entrance for their assisted living facility, Ross Hall; a hydro-therapy pool addition; a new 32-guest retreat, Marillac Center; and renovations to the Mother House that will provide private baths with showers in each resident’s room. Current facilities will also be updated to meet new code requirements and advances in technology and communications. The circular entrance drive was redesigned to include a large, multi-tier fountain and gardens. The project also includes additional guest and resident parking.
