Design Considerations -
In support of Saint Luke’s vision, convenience of the patient and A new senior housing development community providing both independent and assisted living in a well planned leisure environment. Chicago-based Brookdale Living Communities’ first project for the St. Louis area market confirmed their tradition of exceptional senior living. The traditionally detailed, full masonry building consists of 178 Independent Living Units and 40 Assisted Living Units. This full-service building includes such amenities as an exercise room, activity room, beauty shop, pool, and lake with walking trails.
